Open the platform URL:http://www.18gps.net/Skins/DefaultIndex/Default_en.
html?locale=en&back=true,Click "User" to enter the account and password and click
"GO". The account password can be obtained from the service provider. Or click the
"Plate NO /IMEI" button, input the device number and password (default password :
123456) to log in. 


2.Business management


This section is used to manage customer files, distribute equipment, including adding
and deleting customers,adding and modifying equipment data, retrieving equipment,
equipment extension, etc. Click "All Customers" to access the Account Information.


2.1 Add devices

Only for administrator/operator accounts.

This feature is used to import devices into the system.

How to do it:

1) Select the device model.


2) Input/paste the list of device numbers into the "Device number (IMEI)”only one
            number per each line.


3) Click "Import".

2.2 Add customers


Applied to register customers (4s stores, users, 4s store groups), sub-dealers, etc.
Different level customers have different way to add their own sub-level new customers.
How to do it:


1) Click "Sub-account" to create a new customer


 2) Or click the "Add" button. Follow the hints to add a new sub-customer.


3)Or select the existed customer on the left, right click to and select "New customers" to create a new one.

2.3 Devices distribution

This feature is used for devices distribution.

1) Click "Device"

2)Select the available devices in the list

3) Click "Transfer"

4) Select your customer

5) Click "Confirm" to complete the distribution.

3. Monitoring center


Monitoring center is the most commonly used section, including device monitoring,
report statistics, devicemanagement, risk control management and other functions.


1) Regular users log in and go directly to the Monitoring Center.

2) For the business accounts, click "Monitoring " to access to the Monitoring Center.

3.1 Select customer or device


You can select the customer or device to monitor from the list on the left.
The device location is listed in the map on the right. For the sub-account
customer, for example the distributors, there is a second list of devices on the left.


3.2 Manage the device


You can click the device from the list on the left, and the map on the right shows the 
device details and control commands panel.


3.4 OBD diagnostics


In the device list on the left, click the device you want to diagnose.

Click on "OBD Diagnostics" on the map, to open the window., as shown in the following image:

2) Fault code view

Click the “current fault code”,you can see the information and acquisition time of the current fault code  :

3) Trip report


Click the “trip data” to see the itinerary report .From the start of the device
 ignition statistics, all theway to the vehicle stalling, forming a travel report data.
This includes total mileage, total fuel consumption,start and end times of the trip,
and more. Here's what it looks like:

3.5 Alarm tips and views

1) There is an alarm sign in the bottom right corner of the map and click to see a list of alarms.




2) If there is an unprocessed alarm in the system, the system will play an alarm
 sound alert processing, and the lower right corner will appear a reminder


3.6 Track playback


Click the "Playback" on the map to enter it‘s operator interface,
you can choose play mode, locate type, the start time, end time and
more to get the track playback. In addition, you can quickly review
the playback in any time period.


3.7 Device command

Select the device on the left, click "More" enter the device control panel interface.

It is classified as set  command, control command and query command.



3.8 View the speed curve in real time


Click "Open the road traffic" in the upper right corner to display
 the real-time speed curve, and then click "Close the road" to hide the
 speed curve. Figure:


3.9 Switch map


As shown in the illustration, click “Google” on the top center can switch map , click “Map” will show
the street map, click “Satellite” will show the satellite imagery.


4. Report


    The statistical report is divided into Five major categories: Operating statistics, Geo-fence,
 Diagnostic Statistics, Alarm statistics and the Login Statistics.Click the "Monitoring" to enter
the report interface. Click “Report”, you can see the data related to vehicle driving and device login.


5. Device management


The device management of the Monitoring Center include a list of expired devices
and a list of offline devices.


5.1.Equipment management


This part is used to view a list of devices in the system that have expired.
It is to facilitate timely notification of customer renewal extension, to ensure the
services working as normal.


5.2 Offline device management

This part is used to view a list of offline devices in the system. It is convenient 


to timely notify customer service to diagnose the fault, to ensure that customers 
 services are not further affected.


6. Risk control management


Click on the "Risk control management" button of the monitoring page and go to the it’s page.
In this interface,you can quickly see a list of risk control commands. Including Stop for 2-days
car, Offline car,Power outage alarm car and so on.Click any risk control management command
on the left, the relevant report and statistics will display on the pop-up window. Managers can
analyze risks according to various alarms statistics and deal with them in a timely manner.
